| Article (77): party
dissolution |
| The party can be dissolved or merged in another party if a consensus
is reached about this by two thirds of the attendants of the party conference.
The proposal about either of these two options is done by the General
Secretariat after getting the approval of the Party Chairman.

money goes |
| In case of a merger, the party money goes directly to the new entity
in the light of the conditions stipulated in the decision for this. |

| The dissolution decision must contain a provision for appointing an
official to be in charge of the dissolution process. Where would the party
money go after the dissolution is determined by the Political Parties Law. |
